Rules
General provisions
1.1. The rules of the MU ZONE project regulate relations between the project administration and players.
1.2. By using the website, services, Discord community, and MU ZONE game server, players automatically confirm their agreement with the rules.
1.3. Disagreement with even one rule means that use of the project is prohibited.
1.4. MU ZONE is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with WebZen or any other MU Online rights holders.
1.5. The administration may change the rules without prior notice. A new version takes effect from the moment it is published.
1.6. Players are responsible for monitoring the current project rules themselves.
MU ZONE liability
2.2. The administration is not responsible for:
- Temporary or permanent server unavailability
- Loss of game progress, items, or characters
- Technical failures, rollbacks, and restarts
- Actions of third parties
- Any account changes related to the use of bugs
Accounts and in-game valuables
3.1. All accounts, characters, items, achievements, and in-game currency are the property of the MU ZONE project.
3.2. Players do not acquire property rights or copyright to virtual objects.
3.3. The administration may modify, block, or confiscate in-game valuables within the project rules.
Account ownership and security
4.1. The account owner is the player who has access to the email address and master password.
4.2. Players must keep their master password confidential and are responsible for all actions related to the account.
4.3. All actions performed through guest access are treated by the administration as actions performed by the account owner.
Prohibited actions
5.1. Players are prohibited from:
- Selling or transferring accounts or valuables for real money
- Using prohibited software, bugs, or scripts
- Interfering with the server operation
- Engaging in negative advertising of the project or damaging its reputation
5.2. Liability measures are determined by the MU ZONE violation and punishment regulations, as well as by the server administration.
Virtual currency and services
6.1. The MU ZONE project may provide:
- In-game currencies
- VIP status
- Game items, services, and features
All payments and donations are voluntary and are intended for receiving in-game valuables and supporting the project.
Refund policy
7.1. Refund terms are governed by a separate Refund Policy published on the in-game currency purchase page — Gems.
Administration powers
8.1. The MU ZONE administration has the right to:
- Block accounts for violations
- Temporarily restrict access
- Confiscate in-game valuables
Administration decisions are final and are not subject to public discussion.
