1.1. The MU ZONE Project Rules govern the relationship between the project administration and the players.
1.2. By using the website, services, Discord community, personal account, and the MU ZONE game server, players automatically confirm full acceptance of the rules.
1.3. Disagreement with any rule prohibits using the project.
1.4. MU ZONE is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with WebZen or any other MU Online rights holders.
1.5. The administration may change the rules without prior notice. The new version comes into force upon publication.
1.6. Players must independently monitor the current version of the project rules.
2.1. The MU ZONE project is provided on an "as is" basis.
2.2. The administration is not responsible for:
— Temporary or permanent server unavailability — Loss of game progress, items, or characters — Technical failures, rollbacks, and restarts — Actions of third parties
2.3. Players use the project voluntarily, understanding its nature as an online gaming service.
3.1. All accounts, characters, items, achievements, and in-game currency are the property of the MU ZONE project.
3.2. Players do not acquire ownership or intellectual property rights to virtual assets.
3.3. The administration may modify, block, or remove virtual assets in accordance with project rules.
4.1. The account owner is the player who has access to the registered email address and the master password.
4.2. Players must keep the master password confidential and are responsible for all actions performed under the account.
4.3. All actions performed via guest access are considered actions of the account owner.
5.1. Players are prohibited from:
— Selling or transferring accounts or assets for real money — Using prohibited software, bugs, or scripts — Interfering with server operation — Violating the project's rules
5.2. Penalties are defined by the MU ZONE violations and penalties regulations.
6.1. The MU ZONE project may provide:
— In-game currency — VIP status — Game services and features
Payments are voluntary and intended for obtaining digital in-game assets and supporting the project.
7.1. Refund conditions are governed by a separate Refund Policy, available on the in-game currency purchase page — Gems.
8.1. The MU ZONE administration has the right to:
— Block accounts for violations — Temporarily restrict access — Remove virtual assets — Make decisions within the project rules
Administration decisions are final within the project and are not subject to public discussion.
9.1. The project rules are an integral part of the MU ZONE project.
9.2. If the legislation of the player's country prohibits participation in online games, the player must refrain from using the project.
